Disappointing product.

We have ordered several pumps but each time the system blocks. Unable to use the bottle. The foaming gel is a great idea but clearly the pump system is to be reviewed.

Very disappointed

I followed the cleaning tutorial of the pump and very quickly it no longer worked.
So I bought a new pump in order to give a chance to the product ... well it did not work better.
I was able to make 2 showers with it and then he blocked. I do not understand this principle of selling a so -called reusable product which is absolutely. I am very disappointed.
I find that the soap is top but unusable.

For the pump, we have implemented an alternative method with filtration by coffee filter, thus avoiding cleaning the pump. In addition, for a year, we have been working on a new formula even more resistant to extreme temperatures.

Sensitive pump to clean and therefore to change.

In itself the pump is annoying to change it for losing the small ball by cleaning but that .... However, customer service and delivery ... zero pointed.
