What are the available delivery methods?

We have opted for environmentally friendly delivery 💚, by favoring the services of La Poste, Mondial Relay and Private Package 🚚, For Delivery at home or relay point

Is your package eco-responsible?

Yes, and it's important for us! 🌿 Our packages are designed for Minimize their impact on the planet 🌍. They are made from boxes 📦 FSC certified. The indoors are made up of corn starch 🌽, wool or recycled fabrics ♻️.

What are the delivery rates?

The delivery costs depend on the option chosen and the amount of your order 🛍️ :

For France🇫🇷 :

- Delivery in relay point: € 4.99 or free for orders of more than € 50

- Home delivery: € 5.90 or free for orders of more than € 60

- Express delivery: € 11.99 or free for orders of more than 100 €

For Belgium🇧🇪, Luxembourg🇱🇺 and Spain🇪🇸 : 

- Delivery in relay point: € 6.99 or free for orders of more than € 60

- Home delivery: € 8.99 or free for orders of more than € 70

For Switzerland🇨🇭:

- Home delivery: € 19.99 or free for orders of more than 100 €

What are the delivery times?

We do everything to make your products receive as soon as possible! 🚀

Standard delivery: Between 2 and 4 days worked for metropolitan France or between 2 and 8 days worked for other countries.

Express delivery: 24 to 48 hours 

Deadlines ⏳ may vary depending on the availability of our stocks and according to your location, but you are informed at each stage. 📦

How to do if I have never received my order?

If your order seems lost, here is what to do:

What if I didn't have time to get my package at the relay point?

Oh no, it can happen!

Unfortunately, if you have not recovered your package at the relay point within the time limit, it will be returned to us.

But don't worry 😎, you can choose between Rexition or refund. However, note that Treatment costs of € 4.90will be billed to cover the return and management.

What if I can't choose my relay point?

In reality, it is very likely that you can do it! 😉

Nothing could be simpler: proceed first to payment From your order, then you will be able to choose your relay point.

Do you accept products?

If the package has not been opened you can send us your product, we will reimburse you within 2 weeks after receiving your package. 📦
