Delivery
What are the available delivery methods?
We have opted for environmentally friendly delivery 💚, prioritizing the services of La Poste, Mondial Relay, and Colis Privé 🚚, for home or pick-up point delivery.
Is your package eco-responsible?
Yes, and that's important to us! 🌿 Our packages are designed to minimize their impact on the planet 🌍. They are made from FSC-certified cardboard 📦. The internal cushioning is made from corn starch 🌽, wool, or recycled fabrics ♻️.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the chosen option and the amount of your order 🛍️ :
For France🇫🇷 :
- delivery to a pick-up point: €6.89 or free for orders over €50
- home delivery (2 to 4 working days): €7.99 or free for orders over €60
For Belgium🇧🇪, Luxembourg🇱🇺 and Spain🇪🇸 :
- delivery to a pick-up point: €6.99 or free for orders over €60
- home delivery (2 to 8 working days): €8.99 or free for orders over €70
For Switzerland🇨🇭:
- home delivery: €11.99 or free for orders over €100
What are the delivery times?
We do everything we can to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible! 🚀
Standard delivery: between 2 and 4 business days for metropolitan France or between 2 and 8 business days for other countries.
Delivery times ⏳ may vary depending on our stock availability and your location, but we keep you informed every step of the way. 📦
What do I do if I never received my order?
Don't panic, we're here to help you! 😇
If your order seems lost, here's what to do:
1. Go to your account, in the "my orders" section, to track your products.
2. Contact us quickly via email at coucou@lilikiwi.fr so we can investigate.
We'll find a solution together, we promise. 💌
What should I do if I didn't have time to pick up my parcel from the pick-up point?
Oh no, that can happen!
Unfortunately, if you didn't pick up your package from the pick-up point within the given timeframe, it will be returned to us.
But don't worry 😎, you can choose between reshipping or a refund. Please note, however, that a handling fee of €4.90 will be charged to cover the return and processing.

What to do if I can't choose my pick-up point?
In reality, it's highly likely that you can! 😉
It's simple: first, pay for your order, then you'll be able to choose your pick-up point.

Who prepares your packages?
At LiLiKiWi, every package is prepared with love and care by our logistics partner Bigblue (in Île-de-France). 💕
We make sure your products are carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition at your home.
And because we are also environmentally conscious, we make sure to use planet-friendly materials. 🌿

Return policy
Do you accept product returns?
If your package has not been opened, you may return it to us. We will process your refund within two weeks of receiving your package.
Please note that return shipping costs will be at your expense. Please send the package to the following address:

Side effects
What should I do if I experience side effects from your products?
The safety and satisfaction of our customers are our top priorities! 💕 Our products are carefully designed, but each skin is unique, and an allergy or sensitivity may sometimes occur. 💚
If you notice an unexpected reaction when using our products:
1. Immediately stop using the product concerned.
2. Rinse the affected area with clean water if necessary.
At the same time, it is important to report these effects via the cosmetovigilance system. This allows us to monitor and evaluate the reactions related to the use of cosmetic products.
To do this, you must fill out the adverse effect declaration form following the use of a cosmetic product as well as the EIG form with the help of this guide.
